I’ve always felt that climbing is the most natural way to move through the mountains. Finding the path amidst the rock, feeling the texture with your hands, seeking balance… When I climb, all the background noise disappears. It’s the perfect antidote to stress, anxiety, and anything else that might affect me.
In that moment, only the movements, the breathing, and the connection with the rock exist.
In recent years, climbing has become trendy, and many people start at the climbing gym before taking the step onto real rock. Making this transition is an amazing experience, but you also need to learn how to move safely.
