The legal basis for processing the data is the consent given by users when they check the corresponding boxes on the various forms on the website or in the case of direct contact through paper forms, which we archive and keep in our offices for the legally stipulated periods.
Failure to provide any personal data makes it impossible to receive any kind of information, whether commercial or related to user inquiries.

The data controller commits to only providing your information to law enforcement agencies and security forces under a court order or in compliance with legal regulations.
The recipient of your personal data is the internal service of Topirineu.
At the same time, we reserve the right to share data with service providers who require this information to perform their services. Examples include financial institutions if you have contracted a service that requires direct debit transactions or collaborators involved in joint activities.

Any Topirineu user can exercise their rights at any time. They can submit a request either by email or by postal mail, indicating “LOPD” as the subject and attaching a photocopy of their ID or any other document accepted by law.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing of data carried out prior to the notification.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
